The Australian student visas is for students who want to come to Australia to study at a registered education institution. You can study a CRICOS registered full-time course in Australia.
What are the requirements for the 500 visa?
You must be enrolled in a CRICOS registered course or in a primary or high school program.
You need to be issued an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) certificate by the education provider.
You must meet the Genuine Student Requirement. This would mean proving that you are a genuine student and your intended course is relevant to your background, you will comply with your visa conditions and return back home after your studies.
You must show that you have sufficient funds for airfares, course fees and living costs.
You will be able to meet the English language proficiency requirements.
Meet health and character requirements.
Have acceptable Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
