What are the requirements for the 893 Visa?

You might be eligible for this visa if you:

Are the primary holder of a State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 165).
Have lived lived in Australia for at least a total of 2 of the 4 years immediately before you apply under the Subclass 165.
Meet business requirements. To meet these requirements, you, or you and your partner together must, have held a designated investment of $750,000 for at least 4 years, have a genuine and realistic commitment to continue business or investment activity in Australia and have never been involved in unacceptable business activities.
Must be sponsored by the state or territory authority in the region which you met the residence requirement of staying at least 2 years.
Meet health and character requirements. All other secondary applicants must also meet health and character requirements.
