This visa is a permanent residence business visa that eligible Investor (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 162) holders can apply for. This visa allows you to manage your business and investment activities in Australia permanently. What are the requirements for the 891 Visa?

You might be eligible for this visa if you:

Are the primary holder of an Investor (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 162).
Have lived in Australia for at least a total of 2 of the past 4 years as a holder of the 162 Visa.
Meet business requirements. This means that you or you and your partner must have held a designated investment of $1.5 million for 4 years, have a genuine and realistic commitment to continue a business or investment activity in Australia and not have been involved in unacceptable business activities.
And all other applicants meet health and character requirements.
